Dutch showjumper Roosje has been riding ever since she was a child and turned professional at 22 years old. Her decision to ride full time came after she competed on the Nations Cup for The Netherlands. She was the National Junior Champion for Holland in 2000, and won Bronze Medal in the European Junior Championships that same year.
Talking about the new Global Champions League, Roosje said, "GCL is a great initiative to get team spirit - it’s a nice opportunity to be with top riders and learn from them."
"Attending the incredible shows is like a dream come true. It’s a good opportunity for young talented riders and will offer them the chance to show themselves."
